Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Vodacom/Maziv deal gets thumbs up

South Africa’s Competition Appeal Court has green lighted Vodacom Group’s proposed acquisition of a 30% stake in Maziv. Maziv houses all Community Investments Ventures Holding’s (CIVH’s) fibre assets, including Vumatel and Dark Fibre Africa.
