Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Tribunal approves Fairfield Dairy’s acquisition of Ladismith Cheese

The Competition Tribunal has approved, with conditions, the merger in which Fairfield Dairy will acquire the entire issued share capital of Ladismith Cheese, after which it will be solely controlled by Fairfield and its owner company Woodlands Dairy. The approval is subject to conditions aimed at promoting historically disadvantaged persons, small and medium-sized enterprises and workers.
