Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Treasury achieves budgeted foreign currency funding requirement for 2026/27

The National Treasury has successfully achieved its budgeted foreign currency funding requirement for the 2026/27 fiscal year. The $3.2-billion foreign funding programme has been fully funded through concessional financing secured from development finance institutions and multilateral development banks.
