Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Transnet taking action on procurement irregularity whistleblower report

State-owned freight transport and logistics company Transnet says it is responding firmly to allegations of procurement irregularities at the company’s Richards Bay port terminal operations. The company says it is implementing the recommendations arising from an investigation into the alleged procurement irregularities, while further investigations into other matters raised in the preliminary report remain under way.
