Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Trade conditions firmed further in August – Sacci

The South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (Sacci’s) Trade Conditions Survey for August shows that trade conditions improved marginally in July and August and appear to have stabilised, although it remains in negative terrain. The effect of the war in the Middle East on fuel prices in April had a disrupting impact on trade conditions. Trade conditions appear to be recovering slowly, with the index, after reaching a low of 35 in June, having recovered somewhat to 42 in August.
