Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

TPT handles higher citrus volumes at multiple terminals

Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) has concluded South Africa’s citrus export season for the year with a 19% year-on-year increase in volumes handled across the country’s ports. TPT says South Africa had one of the best citrus seasons logistically, with the Durban Multipurpose Terminal, in particular, having handled 131% higher volumes than in the prior season.
