Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

NUM to oppose Eskom unbundling in court; threatens strike action

Labour union the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) says its legal team is preparing to take formal court action to challenge the decision to establish an independent transmission system operator (TSO). President Cyril Ramaphosa approved the Eskom Restructuring Task Team (ERTT) Phase I Report on July 31.
