Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

New SPV launched to tackle Emfuleni water challenges

The Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) has unveiled a new special purpose vehicle (SPV) to restore the full functionality of Emfuleni local municipality’s embattled water and sanitation systems. The newly launched Vaal Corporation Water Utility will take full responsibility for managing, operating and rehabilitating all water and sanitation services in the municipality.
