Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Nersa to hold hearing on Eskom’s generator losses charge amendment application

The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa) has published a consultation paper on State-owned utility Eskom’s application to amend the losses charge calculation methodology for embedded generators. As part of the decision process, Nersa is required to undertake a public consultation process.
