Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Kariba Dam rehabilitation 94% complete, on track for year-end conclusion

Zambia and Zimbabwe bilateral organisation the Zambezi River Authority says the Kariba Dam Rehabilitation Project (KDRP) is about 94% complete and remains on course for completion by the end of the fourth quarter of the year. The only work remaining is the spillway refurbishment project, which will restore and improve the reliability, safety and functionality of the Kariba dam’s spillway system.
