Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Eskom’s direct customers to pay 8.76% more from April

Eskom will start implementing a tariff increase of 8.76% from April 1, as approved by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa for the 2026/27 financial year. This tariff adjustment will apply for customers supplied directly by Eskom.
