Conradie Park is a mixed-use development in the suburb of Pinelands, and this next stage is a 263-unit residential block called The Signal. The Signal is aimed at young homeowners and buy-to-let investors and will be composed entirely of studio apartments. It will join the already completed elements of Conradie Park, namely The Pines shopping centre and four other residential blocks, Arch Rock, Castle Rock and Lion’s Head.
