Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Chery SA to kick off assembly with Tiggo 4 Cross, bakkie assembly under investigation

Chery South Africa (SA) has confirmed that the Tiggo 4 range will be the first model produced at its newly acquired Rosslyn manufacturing plant, with local production scheduled to begin in the second half of next year. Both internal combustion engine vehicles and hybrid derivatives are planned for production at the facility, placing Chery’s highest-volume model line at the centre of its transition from vehicle importer to local manufacturer.
