Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Cape Town calls on Transnet to improve port efficiencies

The City of Cape Town again calls for State-owned Transnet to accelerate initiatives to improve efficiencies at the Port of Cape Town. South Africa cannot afford a port that underperforms, and all options for structural improvement, including increased private sector involvement in operations, need to be considered and enabled, the city says.
