Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Azura Power acquires majority stake in Enpower Trading

African power company Azura Power has acquired a majority stake in renewable energy trading company Enpower Trading, marking Azura’s first investment in South Africa. Azura has not disclosed what stake it now holds in Enpower or how much it has invested in the business to acquire that stake.
