Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

Ascendis considers JSE delisting with conditional 97c a share buyback offer

JSE-listed health and wellness company Ascendis Health has started a process that could lead to the company being delisted from the exchange. As part of this process, the company has made a conditional proposal to buy back its ordinary shares, excluding treasury shares, from shareholders who choose to sell. The proposed cash price for the buyback is 97c a share.
