Renewable energy engineering firm AfiCoast Engineers SA has announced that a new company,
AfriCoast Energy, will now be responsible for all future renewable energy projects - particulary
wind and solar - while it will also play a key role in guiding AfriCoast Engineers' current
basket of renewable energy projects.

AIIM acquires 70% stake in Port Elizabeth Cold Storage

Infrastructure investment managers African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) has acquired a 70% stake in Port Elizabeth Cold Storage (PECS) in the Coega Port Zone, in the Eastern Cape. The acquisition adds about 15 000 pallet positions to AIIM's temperature-controlled logistics platform Commercial Cold Holdings's (CCH's) platform, expanding its national footprint by 10% and strengthening its position as the largest cold storage platform on the continent.
